We read the drawings
Our system reads every drawing sheet. An engineer checks anything it is unsure of.
We calculate and list queries
Quantities item by item, each with the drawing it came from. Mismatches and missing details go into the query letter.
We check, then deliver
Civil engineers check the full report. You get the query letter first, then the quantities and estimate.
How we are different

FAQWill you keep our tender work confidential?
Yes. Your documents, our working and your pricing stay with you. This is written into our engagement letter.
Do you work for competing bidders on the same tender?
No. We take one bidder per tender, and we do not take up any tender where we have an interest of our own.
How fast can you deliver?
We agree the dates at the start of each tender. The pre-bid query letter reaches you before the pre-bid meeting, and the full work before the bid date. Send the tender early to get the most from it.
What do you need from us?
Just the tender ID to start, and one person we can call with questions. We get the tender documents and drawings; if anything is not on the portal, we will ask you for it.
Is your estimate our bid price?
No. We price at MES SSR base rates so you have a clear base. Your rates, margin and final bid remain your decision.
Do you charge a success fee?
No. The fee is fixed and agreed before we start, whether you win or lose.
